Honey Jalapeno Margarita

  • 60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml Simple Syrup
  • *Make your own simple syrup with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar – add according to taste
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • Salt

  • Method:

  • Cut 3 thin slices of Jalapeno for garnishing
  • Roughly dice remainding Jalapeno
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail mixer
  • Strain all Jalapeno pieces
  • Salt the rim of the glass
  • Pour in mixture and garnish
  • Bubblegum Paloma

  • 30ml Cactus Jack Bubblegum Tequila
  • 30ml Cactus Jack Original Sours Tequila
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Soda
  • Dried or Fresh Grapefruit

  • Method:

  • In a shaker combine Tequila and Lime Juice
  • Shake with Ice
  • Strain into glass with ice
  • Top with Grapefruit Soda
  • Garnish with Grapefruit slices
  • Honey Lime Tequila Sour

  • 60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
  • 22.5ml Lime Juice
  • 1 Lime Slice
  • 7.5ml Simple Syrup
  • *Make your own simple syrup with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar – add according to taste

  • Method:

  • Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker
  • Transfer ice into your cocktail glass
  • Shake liquid again for a frothy texture
  • Add liquid to glass of ice
  • Garnish with a slice of lime
  • Bubblegum Margarita

  • 15ml Cactus Jack Bubblegum Tequila
  • 60ml Cactus Jack Original Sours Tequila
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • Lime for Garnish
  • Mint for Garnish
  • Salt for Rim

  • Method:

  • In a shaker combine all liquids
  • Shake with Ice
  • Strain into Salt rimmed glass
  • Garnish with Lime and Mint
  • Tequila Jello Shots

  • 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin powder (equal to 1 tablespoon)
  • ΒΌ cup cold water
  • Β½ cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ΒΌ cup sweet and sour mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Β½ cup Cactus Jack Bubblegum or Original Tequila
  • Lime slices for garnish

  • Method:

  • In a small mixing bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 1/4 cup cold water, and allow the powder to soak in for 2 minutes
  • While whisking, pour the hot water into the gelatin and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the sugar, and whisk until dissolved
  • Add the sweet and sour, lime juice, and tequila and stir to combine
  • Pour the jello mix into each of the shooter glasses, filling them 3/4 full
  • Strain into Salt rimmed glass
  • Transfer the jello shot to the refrigerator and chill until set, 2 to 3 hours.
  • Remove the shots from the fridge and top with a 1/4 lime slice, serve immediately
  • Honey Sage Tequila Fizz

  • 60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
  • 7.5ml Simple Syrup
  • *Make your own simple syrup with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar – add according to taste
  • Sage Leaves
  • Soda Water
  • 2.5ml Grenadine (optional)

  • Method:

  • Shake sage leaves and syrup
  • Allow syrup to sit for 5 minutes
  • Remove sage leaves and shake all liquids with ice
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice
  • Top with club soda and garnish with sage leaves
  • Signature Oyster Shot

  • Cactus Jack Original Sours Tequila
  • 2 Dashes of Tobasco sauce
  • A pinch of cracked black pepper

  • Method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all your ingredients.
  • Shake without ice for around 10 seconds if using egg white to emulsify the ingredients
  • Add your ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for around 15-20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass and garnish with your fruit
  • Sip and enjoy!
  • Honey Tequila Sour

  • 60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 7,5ml Simple sugar
  • *Make your own simple syrup with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar – add according to taste
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedge or cherry for garnish

  • Method:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all your ingredients.
  • Shake without ice for around 10 seconds if using egg white to emulsify the ingredients
  • Add your ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for around 15-20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass and garnish with your fruit
  • Sip and enjoy!
  • Paloma Party Pop

  • 1 and 1/2 shots of Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
  • 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (optional)
  • 15ml Simple syrup
  • 60ml Soda water / sparkling water
  • Grapefruit wedge and flaky sea salt for garnish

  • Method:

  • Salt the rim of your glass by rubbing the grapefruit wedge around the edges and dipping the glass onto a small plate of salt.
  • Mix the Cactus Jack Tequila, grapefruit and lime juice, sparkling water/soda water, and simple sugar into your glass.
  • Fill the glass with some blocks of ice. Pour your cocktail over the ice into the glass.
  • Adjust sweetness to your taste and garnish it with grapefruit wedge!
  • Sip and enjoy!
