Paloma Party Pop
Refreshingly tart and slightly sweet with a blend of grapefruit and lime, this drink has a subtle effervescence.
Perfect Pair with: Grilled fish tacos, spicy guacamole, or tortilla chips with salsa and queso.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 shots of Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
60ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (optional)
15ml Simple syrup
60ml Soda water / sparkling water
Grapefruit wedge and flaky sea salt for garnish
Method:
Salt the rim of your glass by rubbing the grapefruit wedge around the edges and dipping the glass onto a small plate of salt.
Mix the Cactus Jack Tequila, grapefruit and lime juice, sparkling water/soda water, and simple sugar into your glass.
Fill the glass with some blocks of ice. Pour your cocktail over the ice into the glass.
Adjust sweetness to your taste and garnish it with grapefruit wedge!
