Paloma Party Pop
Refreshingly tart and slightly sweet with a blend of grapefruit and lime, this drink has a subtle effervescence.
Perfect Pair with: Grilled fish tacos, spicy guacamole, or tortilla chips with salsa and queso.
Ingredients:

1½ shots Cactus Jack Honey Tequila

15ml freshly squeezed lime juice

60ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (optional)

15ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)

60ml soda water or sparkling water

Grapefruit wedge and flaky sea salt, for garnish
Method:

Salt the rim of your glass by rubbing the grapefruit wedge along the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of sea salt.

In your glass, mix together the Cactus Jack Honey Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, sparkling water, and simple syrup.

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour the mixture over the ice.
