Honey Tequila Sour
Smooth, creamy, and slightly tangy, this drink combines honey’s rich sweetness with lemon’s zing, topped with a frothy egg white layer.
Perfect Pair with: Roasted nuts, cheese boards, or seafood pasta.
Ingredients:

30ml lemon juice

7.5ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 egg white (optional, for texture)

Ice cubes

Lemon wedge or cherry, for garnish
Simple Syrup Tip:
Make your own by combining 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Stir over low heat until dissolved.
Method:

Add the tequila, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) into a cocktail shaker.

Shake for around 10 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white and create foam.

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again for 15–20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.

Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon wedge or cherry.
