Honey Sage Tequila Fizz
Light, herbaceous, and slightly sweet with honey and sage, finished with a bubbly soda water kick.
Perfect Pair with: Herb-roasted chicken, flatbreads, or baked brie with honey.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
- 7.5ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Fresh sage leaves
- Soda water
- 2.5ml grenadine (optional)
Method:
- Shake sage leaves with the simple syrup.
- Let the syrup sit for 5 minutes to infuse.
- Remove the sage leaves and shake all liquids with ice.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with fresh sage leaves.
