Honey Sage Tequila Fizz
Light, herbaceous, and slightly sweet with honey and sage, finished with a bubbly soda water kick.
Perfect Pair with: Herb-roasted chicken, flatbreads, or baked brie with honey.
Ingredients:

7.5ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)

Fresh sage leaves

Soda water

2.5ml grenadine (optional)
Method:

Shake sage leaves with the simple syrup.

Let the syrup sit for 5 minutes to infuse.

Remove the sage leaves and shake all liquids with ice.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with soda water and garnish with fresh sage leaves.
