Honey Sage Tequila Fizz
Light, herbaceous, and slightly sweet with honey and sage, finished with a bubbly soda water kick.
Perfect Pair with: Herb-roasted chicken, flatbreads, or baked brie with honey.
Ingredients:
60ml Cactus Jack Honey Tequila
7.5ml Simple Syrup
*Make your own simple syrup with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar – add according to taste
Sage Leaves
Soda Water
2.5ml Grenadine (optional)
Method:
Shake sage leaves and syrup
Allow syrup to sit for 5 minutes
Remove sage leaves and shake all liquids with ice
Strain into a glass filled with ice
Top with club soda and garnish with sage leaves
